We all have an idea as to what is healthy or not and what is good for us or not, so if we know, why don’t we do it? I help clients achieve their health goals by using a holistic approach, addressing any ingrained habits and beliefs, together with a whole lifestyle review. Health goals should be long term and sustainable, whether it is losing weight, increasing energy or prevention of chronic disease - there is no quick fix – but we will work together to ensure that you move forward and create a healthy lifestyle that works for you personally.
I am based in Beckenham, Kent and conduct health coaching sessions online over Zoom, so I can support you wherever you are in the world. This is very effective and just as personal as an in-person session - and all from the comfort of your own home!
However, if you are local to me, there may be the opportunity for some sessions to be held as a “walk and talk” in person.
